Yah it were you take cars from hijack side missions, when you have enough of a freindship with the guy you can take helicopter rides from his place from there.

Once you complete Brucie's missions, you get the oportunity to work for Stevie. You will recieve text messages from him, giving you a written description of the tpye of car, the location, and you will also recieve a picture of it. It does not give you a marker on the map as to where it is, you have to find it yourself. But when you get in it, it tells you to take it to the garage in Bohan. The better condition the car is in, the more money you get for it. There are 30 cars to get for him. Once you get him all of them, he will send you a text saying that you can bring most of the cars in the game to his garage and he will give you money for them. You usually get about a third of the original price for them. The handy thing is, if you spawn a Turismo outside it and park it in, he will give you $11,000 for it. Repeat as many times as you like!
