What good is the garage in gta4 because it'll come up on the map but when I get there it wont let me do anything

If your talking about roman's garage than it's were you pick up roman evry now and then, or the one guy you get races from garage, then it is were you go and take stolen cras that are wanted to get money, or are you talking bout your own which you just store cars to use later.

No, he is talking about the Stevie's text message cars garage. Stevie will text you if you have the garage unlocked, scroll through you texts to find it!
