How Do U Get The Camera?
How Do U get the camera I've seen on the start menu on the game on stats in Misc, it says "Photos Taken- 0". But I Don't know how to get it. If you know answer this please. I need help.

You have to get a new phone.you automatically get it after one of the missions

You will get a color phone from Playboy X that has a camera, but you will use it only once in a mission for him. After that you can take pictures, but the pictures can't be saved.

During your missions on the second island you recieve a swanky new phone that can take pictures.
However, the pictures can't be saved or sent to anyone, apart from a few you have to take during some missions.

You'll have to progress through the game until you start interacting with a character named Playboy X. He'll give you a new phone with a camera built into it. Just take photos like that.

Will want you to take a pic of a gang and to do
That he will give you anew phone you can set
A background and take pics with it.
