Are there any non cheat-related phone numbers that actually work when you dial them, if there are, please list

Apparently, and Ive tried looking for some but none found so far, but apparently you can find numbers written around train stations and in some nooks and cranys, that when dialed will become a prank call.

Apart from mission phone numbers, I have been unable to find a working number apart from 911.

911 is the only non-cheat non-mission phone 's except for the prank ones, but 911 can be useful if you have to get a police car (1) ambulence (2) or firetruck (3).

excuse me unless you've already figured out, there is one non cheat related or prank call number in the game! it's Zit! the number will tell you the name of the song your listening to when you dial it! it only works if you are listening to a SONG on the radio, not a talk show! it will stay in your contacts when you dial 'zit-555-0100'(948-555-0100). so ha!For more questions for Grand Theft Auto 4 check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
