Pegerino Pride
I am stuck in this mission, and I have been trying to get to the Vantage Point in the Factory for a long time. So if someone would please help me out because I don't know what to do to get up there. I get no hints into getting up there either...

Make your way over to where the icon is on the radar, in a large refinery, you'll see the door. Walk around, down the corridor, and you should find some stairs, and there will be a gap in the wall, someway up. (The blob on the radar will be arrowless when you reach the right level) Sit in the gap, and wait. The guys come out, when you see them pull out guns, and red arrows above their heads, shoot them.

Go through the nearby door, then go up the stairs.
Then hit a left and look out of the window.
