Help!!!!!!

I'm stuck because there are no missons I can do but I haven't beat the game and I no there are more because it says I haven't completed Elizibeths missions, Romans, and more. IDK
Plz help me.

What was the last mission you completed?
Because yu may just have to wait till someone calls you.
If thats the case, save your game, which advances the game time by 6 hours.
