Well, I am not entirely sure about the types of vehicles that will be in the new Grand Theft Auto game because they have not released a lot of new information on the game. However, I think that it would be safe for me to say that you can expect to see Airplanes, and Tanks in the new game. Those two vehicles will definitely be in the new game. To my knowledge, the Tank has been every new Grand Theft Auto game, so why would this one be any different? Also, in the few trailers that they have released, you can see different types of airplanes. So yes, I think that they will be in the game, not sure about Helicopters however.

Well actually there will be helicopters due to the fact on there site there is people riding and shooting out from the plus on the official site for the game they show helicopters and all the vehicles mabey more they havent updated there site in a long time on vehicles and choppers and such but tanks I'm sure there will be and on the airplanes when you look at the pictures they don't show them well you going from them but they don't look like you can fly them and some people I know they say you cannot alot of rumors day you cannot but we will just have to wait and see if we are able too

In GTA:IV, you can expect to see all, special, dulux cars, with voice activated GPS systems, and your own costom burnt playlist, down to the itty gritty, junk buckets.
You will be able to fly your helicopter across the city, however, you will not have the luxury of flying wing-based planes, or even jetpacks in this version. Surprisingly, there will be no bycicles, or tanks either, which is a bit of a shocker. Transport shouldn't too much of a problem though, as thereis a smaller map space, in Liberty City, than San Andreas.

I've not seen any tanks, andi've had 6 stars a few times.
I think you can boardplanes to get to different places, but you can't fly them yourself.
You can however, pilot helecopters.

Just motor bikes, cars, helicopters and boats. There are no tanks and no planes.
