I take it you mean gold and black back ground on ultimate team. If this is correct you wont get one in a pack. That just means they are in the team of the week

You don't need to do anything. You can get them in packs but they are kind of rare. The better the player, the rarer it is.

I haven't had one but most of my friends have but they've had fifa 14 fut a lot longer than me
