At the end of the season in manager mode.for the players of expiring contract..if I culdnt buy back player whichever I want..then in next season he also disapper from the buying list..how can I get back that player?

The reason that they disappear is there is a time limit to signing them - you need to stay on top of that. Optimally you should approach the player BEFORE the contract expires to renew it.
