SCORING!

Ok, this may seem a really lame question, thats because it is, but is there a technique to scoring in professional/world class difficulty, becasue about 6-7 times a match I get one on one or have a good chance and the 'keeper saves it, is it something to do with the fact I'm southend on my manager mode?

The keeper's ability goes up with the difficulty settings you have on. If you're playing as Southend, try and increase your strikers shooting accuracy.

It all depends on what kind of position you are. One on one try guiding it into the corner (RB and shoot)where the keeper is furthest from. Also knowing your players is great advantage. If you try shooting with a right footed players left foot, it's not likely to go where you want it to.

Timing your shopt is essential, take your time and concentrate, it's not just about pressing 'B'.

If you're 2 on the goalie, it's always better to pass the ball across the box for an easy tap in.

If this doesn't help, just ask again, specific to what you need help in, and I'll try as best I can.

You can chip it over the goalie. Or when he is rushing, pass. Then usually your player is there with a wide open net.
