Here your looking at a rebound from the keeperm, or cross it behind one of your player using LB and X. I always hold B to do the bycicle kick, like con't tap, just hold. That's ky technique though. ;)

On psp you got to be facing the ball and your back facing the goal and then press O

Run in on the left/right wing and get as close to the line that makes a goal kick if it goes out and then turn around bouble tap X and then all of your players in the box will turn and have their backs facing the goal and whoever is goes to just HOLD B
