How do you get mods and cheats for farming simulator 13 xbox360.

You cannot mod the Xbox 360 version of the game. For mods you need the PC version.
Mate expansion content and mods are NOT the same thing. When they say "Mods" they are talking about inserting into the game effects and content that is not ordinarily part of the game - such as a brand of tractor that is not part of the game. For that sort of alteration you have to have access to the live file system and we do not have that level of access on the Xbox 360.
They only Mod I know that you can do on the 360 version is adding more money, look it up on YouTube
