The bigger I get I need more then 3 workers. How do I hire more

Get in your vehicle set up the tractor for what it is going to do then press X - hiring is on a per-job basis you don't need to draft a large crew.
I believe they possibly meant the game limits you to a small amount of workers on multiplayer, as they said they need more than 3 so they may already know how to hire workers.
The game limits the amount of workers you can hire by calculating bandwidth and game performance. I would like to know if there is a file I can edit to change this? Does anyone know?
