Question for Far Cry Instincts Predator

I'm creating maps in map editor but I was wondering if you can raise or lower the water levels to, say, make waterfalls or underwater caves. It would majorly suck if players couldn't make these things themselves, as their in game maps.

Sorry, you can't make waterfalls or anything of the sort
