Where is the Bowerstone Orphanage? I've been looking for it for a quest and to level up my weapons. Thanks for the help!

Fast travel to Bowerstone Industrial, move forward to the second bridge, move left over said bridge, at the end of the bridge you will see a road lined with hedges on your left, enter an opening in the hedges to view the orphanage.
I must say that I only visited the orphanage after becoming King and ruling on it. If you don't find it at the above location, you may have not progessed far enough in gameplay yet.
