Ok it says I have items but right next to it it has a 0 and it wont let me use em. And when it's battle time it says no items to wear..... How do I get items? Iv alomost beat empire mode I'm like half way and no items!

You need to make the items to use them. You go to assign, the equipment and the production. A list of items you can make should come up. You simply need to chose the item you want to make and it should change from 0 to 1 and you can select them in the battle phase. Hope this answered your question
