Im currently level 83. At what point are you able to purchase equip grand abilities from gran soren dude or dude n shorty over BitterBlack(Grand Bolide/Seism) are two that I've seen on pawns in the rift...what up?? Don't tell they put the moves on the game for you to just see n not use?

The grand power rings are actually bought from the psn store. They are rings that enhance the ability of the wearer such as Grand Ingle etc. If I'm not mistaken, I think they are $2.99.
