Stuck on quest for chooseing Lord Bhelen
I have talked to Lady Dace and Lord Helmi. My quest now tells me to go back to the chamber of assembly and talk to Vartag. But when I try to talk to him, all he says is he is through talking with me. Every walkthrough I looked at tells me the samething and I still get nowhere. WHY??

Well it sounds like you helped both of the dawfs, as soon as you get started you need to deside who you want to help. You can't help both of them, becouse then the other will call you a traitor or somthing like that. I would guess you got yourself stuck by helping both of them. Just look at your quests and see if one of them is still active, if it is then just try to follow one of them, don't try to help both
