To kill barret you will need all the ammo you can get and but do not waste it. Also when shooting aim for his head it's a weak spot. Also if you have bombs throw only one and while he's dizy aim only for his head. Oh and one more thing if you have the typhoon augmentation one burst next to him will hurt him alot. SO this is what I did good luck.
