In the second large room of the Twilight Cathedral, where the big plant thing was holding the giant statue, there are usually about 6 or 7 bats hanging around the balcony. Run up to them until they follow you and get them in a group. Jump up to one and instant kill it(B). War will jump off in the direction you move the left stick. Jump to another bat in mid-air and instant kill that one. Repeat until you have the achievement.
