Where is the rubberband and the rare nerd card at in the jock area? Iv looked high and low and I still couldnt find it!so help me out!

There is a ladder on the pool building, the one on the left.... Climb it and then go further left and get down where there is like a little above the ground fenced in area...

if you want to find every single rubberband and grottos and gremlins cards complete the geography classes. their locations will be shown on the map
