You got to have the remote electric gun (whatever that name is) stun the big guy then punch him a lot of times. My advice kill the goons surrounding him first. It would be easy

You could stun him with the REC gun (remote electric charge)and punch him a bunch of times and evade whenever he attacks it takes a couple seconds.. Hope this helped.
