No! The first two had magic moves and everything, now they took thAT ALL AWAY and replaced it with vechiles! Thats dumb they should make a new one with all the old stuff back and better

That depends if you played the first 2 games (actually first 3 games), and it's your opinion whether you like it or not. I like Nuts & Bolts because you can customize vehicles, but I like the other ones because you can beat the crap out of stuff.

To me, the graphics are way better, so hell yeah, I think it's better.
