I can list for you all of the Armors that Ezio can wear, along with all of the different outfits available. However some of the outfits require you to have pre-ordered the game or done other things. You can get most of the Outfits by buying the DLC The Lost Archive. (Ezio's Plain Robes are listed as both Armor and Outfit)

Armors:
Ezio's Plain Robes
Master Assassin Armor
Ishak Pasha's Armor

Outfits:
Ezio's Plain Robes
Turkish Assassin Armor (DLC The Lost Archive)
Armor of Brutus (DLC The Lost Archive)
Ezio in Altair's Robes (DLC The Lost Archive)
Desmond Miles (DLC The Lost Archive)
Old Altair's Robes, or Old Eagle Outfit.

Ezio's Plain Robes are equipped throughout the whole game.

Turkish Assassin Armor requires you to buy the Special Edition of Revelations, or you can purchase The Lost Archive for about $10.

Armor of Brutus requires that you buy the Animus version of Revelations, or purchase The Lost Archive.

I won't list anymore, but basically if you purchase the DLC The Lost Archive you can get most if not all of the costumes and armors, some just have requirements.

I thought the DLC The Lost Archives was a good deal because you get a number of things. After buying this DLC you can purchase capacity upgrades for your weapons, you unlock a number of outfits and armors, and you can also get Vlad the Impaler's Sword (it's very cool).
