Select Any Player In Superstar Mode

Okay this one takes a lot of steps so just follow along:

1. Go to My Madden

2. Select Rosters

3. Go to Player Management

4. Select NFL Greats

5. Release the desired player

6. Go to Free Agents

7. Put your desired player on one of the teams

Now when you go to Superstar mode, play as a rookie and your player that you released should be on the list somewhere.
