Unlock Depeche Mode (Rochelle) Shirt:

Rescue Gnome Chompski from the Dark Carnival (When the rescue vehicle departs you MUST be holding Gnome Chompski).

Unlock Med Kit:

Beat ALL 5 campaigns (Any difficulty setting).
