If you're wanting a way to get through co-op campaign in the Multiplayer Matchmaking list fast without having to restart, establish a good team playout. At least one person should stay back and kill enemies with precision weapons, while at least one other should go in with close quarters combat weapons. That way, when the one doing close quarters dies, they can respawn near the precision weapons person.
