There is a glitch in which you find a giant heart stuck in the statue of liberty ( happiness island ) here is what you need to do get a helicopter by doing this cheat ( 3595550100 ) or by unlocking the second island and going to the bottom of it and getting in one at helicopter tours then fly over to the big green statue on happiness island and find the highest ledge which you can find doors on this will take a while to do this.Then there will be four doors placed every 90 degrease one will let you walk through but don't worry if they are not open just walk through one then you will come to a ladder climb up it and you will find a gigantic heart if you want to collect all the birds in the city shoot all the blood vessles with a rocket launcher preferby at there highest point and a bird will pop out giving you the police helicopter if that was your last bird to collect! I hoped this helped but if you are not on the 2nd or 3rd island well if you are not ment to be soon as you get to the heart it is safe from the 6 star wanted levle cops one last thing if you are doing a cheat save it befor than when you have had fun turn your xbox 360 off and restart because not doing this will not let you get achivements.
