Mutators become available in Instant Action multiplayer mode when you complete the corresponding match in Story mode. These can be unlocked on any difficulty setting.
Unlock Retribution Mutator:
Complete the match 'Graduation'.
Unlock No Lock Mutator:
Complete the match 'Graduation'.
Unlock Radioactive Mutator:
Complete the match 'Malfunction'.
Unlock Looting Mutator:
Complete the match 'Malfunction'.
Unlock Volatile Mutator:
Complete the match 'Malfunction'.
Unlock Friendly Fire Damage Mutator:
Complete the match 'Malfunction'.
Unlock Random Pickup Respawn Mutator:
Complete the match 'Malfunction'.
Unlock Vampire Mutator:
Complete the match 'Day of the Vampire'.
Unlock Low Grav/Low Grav All Mutator:
Complete the match 'Taking Flight'.
