Go to the plaza and use the ramps to the left. At the top platform, keep to the right.(You may need to use the moon gravity cheat) Jump at an angle to get on the roof.(The roof is the secret area). If you explore around, you'll find a narrow area where the level's boundary line is.

The second on is on the roof above the 3rd'n army ramps. If you jump off the left edge, you'll bounce back up.(Do a McTwist after jumping and you'll look like a yo-yo
