How do I make the frogs give me there breath?

You walk into the junk yard where the frog's are. Jack will spot the frog and keep an eye on him as you regain control of Jack. Walk over to the frog and press the Triangle button to grab it and obtain Frog's Breath. Then go see Sally and she will make the Sleeping Soup. Although, personally, I would just go on and face the doctor without the Frog's Breath. It doesn't really help. As soon as I got the doctor's head open, he woke up and started attacking.
