I think you need to move in to studio 8 and buy a dance floor. Move back to clubb rubb and visit studio 8 and dance on the mat. It should work.

Be friend with bling or enter the cheat L, R , A , Down, Black to get all socials then visit Studio 8 and the vey first person you see use your brake dance tecnique on them and then thats done.

Go to studio 8 and select either Artie or Charity and do breakdancing for them. It should then say "you have completed a goal..."

You should go to studio 8 and show them, the break dance. And it should say you have completed the goal good luck.
