Mainly you have to do all the main quest quests. (POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT)But in the end of the game you get Wraithguard from Lord Vivec. Then you go find Sunder and Keening in some ruins in the red mountain area. AFter you got all those three items you go kill Dagoth Ur. He is the main boss. To kill him you just destroy the heart in the big statue thing. Then you attack Dagoth Ur because now he vulnerable. He dies, you walk out of their and Azura gives you something..I can't remember what it is.
