Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

I've been playing morrowind for about a week now and I've been looking for a vampire but can't find one. Can somebody help me???

If you haven't found any one by now I know about two vampire clans, Berne (stealth) Quarra (combat). Raxle Berne can be found in a Dwemer ruin near Urvitis grave called Galom Deus. Vadira Quarra can be found in a Dwemer ruin near Foyada Bani-dad called Durshcati.

Just southwest of Ald'ruhn over a mountain and on the other side at the v.bottom of the mountain.there easy vampirism.
