You find the snooper rifle at the very beginning part, in a box, if the Nazis spot you than you have gone past it . Ps. I got stuck there too don't worry it is hard to find

I had the snooper rifle and scope but it is not in my arsenal after getting a second sniper scope from the guy in the water tower. I know I had the snooper rifle because I used it until ammo was gone. I don’t know if that is why it is missing. Guess I’ll have to start the mission over.
