Question for Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

Ok... When you have to do the autocross races and in the top left hand corner there are numbers that pop up and it adds or subtract seconds from your time, and I don't know what you have to do for it to subtract time?

Because it always adds time. Please answer this question and soon as posible because I'm stuck on that race and I can't go any ferther in the game with beating that.

You have to drive good, and if the number's color is green, keep up the good work, if the number's color is red, drive better.

Here's a more detailed answer...
Those times are how much faster or slower you are than your opponent was In that section of the track.a time like +4:56 means that you were 4min 56sec slower than your opponent whereas a time like -:21 means you were 21 seconds faster.Now in order to beat the opponent Its good that you get a tuner or luxury sedan[I used the Charger R/T and the Chrysler 300C respectively] to beat the auto cross with.Next you need do some of the sharp turns using the e-brake(A). If done correctly you should end up with less time.Also for lighter turn don't use the e-brake because it may slow you down.

Note:the name "Charger R/T" does not refer to the '69 model muscle car
