Finish ALL of the Missions. Finish all of the Rampages.

Find all 100 of the hidden packages. Rob ALL of the Stores, including all of the ones inside the Mall and everything outside. Finish a race on the dirt tracks with your motorcycle.

Finish all those motorcycle side missions, including in the Hyman Stadium. Finish those helicopter race side missions.

I'm not sure about this part but maybe you have to get up to level 12 on your Taxi missions, Ambulance missions, Firetruck missions, and deliver 55 pizzas (MAYBE).

Once you finish you get 3 bodyguards, 200 health and armour, and better health on cars.
