I'm a missioarin where I have to kill tatarin and I can't find tatarin please help me

You have to work your way around to the two towers. You will have enemies all the way. Make sure you climb the fan tower, where you docked the boat and kill the sniper there, or he will kill you. From there, you can take out other targets. The vantage point tower has two Reds and the other has one. Tatarin is on a balcony. The courtyard is full of Reds including an RPD-armed heavyarmor.
