Our hologram disguise keeps blinking red and shutting off for no reason, how can we fix that.

This either means you are being seen when you activate it, OR you're running out of Psi Energy (The blue bar underneath your health bar)
To fix this, make sure no-one is looking at you when you activate it, and be sure to keep an eye on your Psi bar when you have the disguise activated
