Unlock ALL Extras:
Create a new Profile using the name '2ndsquad' (without the quotes) and ALL Levels and Extras will be unlocked.

Unlock Old Movie:
Beat the game on Easy difficulty setting

Unlock Infinite Ammo:
Beat the game on Normal difficulty setting

Unlock Authentic Difficulty Setting:
Beat the game on Difficult difficulty setting

Unlock Super Squad:
Beat the game on Authentic difficulty setting

Ok,Its 1 of the levels that you fight the Elves on the Undead campain and in the Eastern/North-Eastern part of the map is a path of hollow trees(if you see Lil' timmy click on the area you'll be there)and go to Lil' timmy,he sells ice shardes and Lesser Ice shardes.He will sell 3 at a time with Lesser ice shardes and with ice shardes he sells 2 at a time but alot slower.Hoped this helped!o_0
