Your guns have different ranges and you will not be able to use them unless your target is in their range. A good way to ensure all your guns are firing is to get as close to your target as possible before unleashing your arsenal.

What is the Best Ship? Category to Play with?

Whether you play as aircraft carrier, destroyer, cruiser, or battleship you will find that each class has its own specialisation that gives it unique strengths and weaknesses. There are lots of ships available in each class so it's a good idea to try out each of them out in order to find one that suits your play style.

Should I Spend Silver on my Ship?

Even if you have a low-level ship you should spend silver on upgrading it whenenver you can. There is no reason to hold off on spending on your ship because you will be able to sell them once you are done with them anyway and the selling price will increase if you have spent silver upgrading it.

Should I Invest in Equipment?

Your ship has three available slots for equipment and it is more beneficial to invest in them rather than supplies and boosters which are only good for one battle. Another advantage in investing in equipment is that you can always sell it for half the buying price. Remember though that you can only equip one of each equipment so you need to select carefully.

When should you use Armour Piercing (AP) Shells?

AP shells should be used against well-armored cruisers and carriers when you are certain that a volley at the waterline will penetrate the citadel.

When should you use High-Explosive (HE) Shells?

This type of shell is most effective against lightly-armoured cruisers and carriers.
