Getting your hands on gems is important as they allow you to do certain things such as skip wait times and get special characters. Completing the many Quests that are available and watching advertisement videos are two ways in which you can get them. You can also obtain gems by purchasing them using real money (keep an eye out for promotion packs).
The main currency in Wonder Park is coins and they are need to for things such as obtaining characters, attractions, decorations and suppliers. Completing the item requests from visitors will enable you to obtain the most coins. Selling items at the Marketplace is another good option to get coins.
Focus on leveling up as doing so will not only earn you gems but also provide some nice rewards and unlock new stuff.
After a period of time your park attractions will begin to generate coins and experience. If you have filled your park with them you will be able to earn lots of coins easily.
Watch video advertisements if you want to skip wait timers. The best time to watch an advertisement video is when you have over 30 seconds left to wait for a building to be built or a character to promote something. Video advertisements are typically 30 seconds long.
When you start playing resist the temptation of spending your gems on skipping wait timers or on buying items and instead save them for building the Space Rocket which is one of the early missions that requires 50 gems.
One of the best way to get gems is to fill the Smile-O-Meter by completing all the different milestones. Doing this will also enable you get rare items.
Make sure you play the Fortune Teller Mini-Game, this is a luck based game where you can win rare items and coins. If you find the lucky card you will get the reward from every card.
Make sure you are always cooking all kinds of food as visitors will ask for the latest items you can cook. To be able to do this though means you will need to have multiple suppliers working at all times.
Consider connecting to Facebook as the first time you do this will reward you with 25 gems. Doing so will also ensure your file is connected to your account.
If you connected to Facebook you will be able to visit your friends' park and start Rides to earn coins, Happy Faces, and unique Ride items.
