You will be able to acess the Star-S level from the main hub when you have collected ALL the Flowers in every level (Special levels included).
When you have collected ALL 5 Yarn Rolls in any level the Yoshi Hut will appear in the main hub on Craft Island. When you visit it you will be able to change your Yoshi's appearance based on the Yoshis that you have saved.
You will be able to access Boss Tent at Craft Island when you have successfully completed the main game.
Boss Tent will appear on Craft Island when you have beaten the main game. Defeat the indicated number of bosses in the Boss Tent to unlock the corresponding Yoshi.
Bronze Yoshi:
Defeat bosses 1 to 4 in the Boss Tent.
Silver Yoshi:
Defeat bosses 5 to 8 in the Boss Tent.
Gold Yoshi:
Defeat bosses 9 to 12 in the Boss Tent.
