At the abandoned airport, bridge construction site near the railroad, and the edge of the cliff behind the lighthouse you will find a green pipe. If you jump up and park right above each pipe and move the camera to focus your car from the front the pipe will warp you to a hidden garage where you will find special coloured editions of cars based on Mario, Peach, and Yoshi.
