When you complete the following tasks the corresponding weapon for Lana will become unlocked.

Rank 1 Book of Sorcery - 'Spirit's Tome':

Unlock Lana.

Rank 1 Spear - 'Deku Spear':

In Legend mode stage 4, 'The Sorceress of the Valley', capture the West Keep and open the chest that appears.

Rank 1 Summoning Gate - 'Gate of Time':

On Adventure mode stage at square 16 right, 3 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage.

Rank 2 Book of Sorcery - 'Sealing Tome':

In Legend mode stage 6b 'The Shadow King', capture the Lower Level East and open the chest that appears.

Rank 2 Spear - 'Kokiri Spear':

On Adventure mode stage at square 7 right, 6 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage with an 'A' rank.

Rank 2 Summoning Gate - 'Guardian's Gate':

On Adventure mode stage at square 4 right, 2 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage with an 'A' rank.

Rank 3 Book of Sorcery - 'Sorceress Tome':

On Adventure mode stage at square 11 right, 1 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage with an 'A' rank.

Rank 3 Spear - 'Faron Spear':

On Adventure mode stage at square 12 right, 8 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage with an 'A' rank.

Rank 3 Summoning Gate - 'Gate of Souls':

On Adventure mode stage at square 16 right, 1 down, use the correct item card at the correct location, and then complete the stage with an 'A' rank.
