When you complete Story mode with 2 characters from the same franchise the first three rows of images become unlocked. The other images are unlocked when you complete Story mode with two EX form characters from the same franchise.
When you have at least 10 wins in Single Battle Survival mode go to the 'Character' select screen and press Left or Right to access a character's EX form.
Using any character complete ALL Battle mode to unlock that character's voice under the 'System Voice' option at the 'Sound Settings' menu.
