If you hold the Wii remote (gun) sideways 'Gangsta' style and kill more than 50 mutants in one level you will receive a bonus of $1,337 when you complete the level.
When you complete Story mode the following bonus features will become available options.
Unlock Handcannon Weapon:
Complete Story mode.
Unlock Director's Cut Mode:
Complete Story mode.
