I currently have a 97% completion rate on the game. I have completed all hits and favors. It says I need to extort every merchant and every racket DONE! Purchase all safe houses DONE! Earn all execution styles. This is the only thing I have not completed and they are about 75% done. Any help as to how I can become Don of NYC would be appreciated.

I just beat the game this morning and I din't have a 100% on it, but a 94%. I became Don of NYC and only have about 70% of the execution styles. So if you have a blue circle on your map go to it because that's how you get to be Don of NYC.
