I am not totally sure but there are walkthroughs of the game under the walkthrough section. That helped me and it should help you too. Have fun gaming.

That's a video walkthrough of the entire mission,it's in 6 parts so which ever part you need help on just skip on over to there

when you are by the conduit portals there s a door to the left of the last one on the right go through the door and you will come to the computer terminals turn off all 4 lights with the ASE and then go into the main room and use the ASE to unlock the first computer there will be lots of drones trying to kill you so be careful
