I don't get what the things mean that are in the last chapter in the special book.

What it means that it's a secret chapter. You're supposed to be a certain spot for about a few seconds(Most likely to be five), and you'll find a secret character hiding somewhere, and a new page in the last chapter can be added. Only a few stages have this certain objective, so look hard for the secret character! Hope this was able to help you out.
In special book mode the last chapter is called bigs travel dictionary and I don't remember how to unlock it but it's very hard but it's funny as crap when you finally unlock it
